Eco Activists

Subject Leader: Harriet Hall

Link Governor: Jo Lally

Children from Years 1 to 6 have been selected to be Eco Activists.  Their aim is to highlight environmental issues to their classmates, for example, energy, water, biodiversity, marine life and waste management.

The Eco activists have been busy educating their peers on the importance of trees and their many benefits to us and other living things. We even did an assembly on it and named one important thing tree’s do and help up a picture we had created to represent a different type of tree.

In 2020 we were awarded the Eco Schools Green Flag Award.

In 2022 we were awarded the Plastic Free Schools Award.
