This week Reception children went on a trip to Brandon Marsh, where they all had a go at pond dipping ! They tried to identify all the minibeasts they found in the pond : lots of larvae and algae. After some pond dipping, they walked around the forest on the hunt for minibeasts using binoculars and magnified pots.

Year 4 split into teams and discussed their game-plan. We had to carry heavy containers across an obstacle course to the other side without failing. Everyone did a great job and made it! #commandojo
